About Jade
Jade, a gemstone revered for its timeless beauty and rich cultural significance, has captured the imagination of civilizations for centuries. Known for symbolizing strength, wisdom, and serenity, jade has been a prized material in fine jewelry and art. While “jade” refers to two distinct gemstones—jadeite and nephrite—jadeite stands as the rarer and more highly coveted variety, admired for its vibrant hues and exceptional texture.
Jade is further categorized into three types—with Type A jade being the most valuable, while Types B and C are more affordable due to their treatments.
- Type A is natural, untreated jade, prized for its purity and authenticity.
- Type B has been chemically treated to enhance color and transparency.
- Type C undergoes both chemical treatment and dyeing, resulting in more vibrant tones.
Our jadeite is carefully sourced from two of the world’s most renowned regions: Myanmar (Burma) and Guatemala. These areas are celebrated for their superior quality jadeite, known for its rich color and translucent brilliance, making it highly sought after by discerning collectors and connoisseurs alike.
About Pearl
Pearls, renowned for their timeless elegance, come in a stunning range of colors, from classic whites and creams to deeper shades of black, gray, and silver, often enhanced with pink, green, purple, or blue overtones. Some display the iridescent phenomenon known as “orient,” adding a mesmerizing glow to their surface.
Pearl value is determined by size, shape, color, luster, surface quality, nacre thickness, and matching. The finest pearls exhibit a radiant luster, smooth surface, thick nacre, and perfect matching, making them highly desirable in luxury jewelry.
