About Jade

Jade, a gemstone revered for its timeless beauty and rich cultural significance, has captured the imagination of civilizations for centuries. While “jade” refers to two distinct gemstones—jadeite and nephrite—jadeite stands as the rarer and more highly coveted variety, admired for its vibrant hues and exceptional texture.

Jade is further categorized into three types—with Type A jade being the most valuable, while Types B and C are more affordable due to their treatments.

  • Type A is natural, untreated jade, prized for its purity and authenticity.
  • Type B has been chemically treated to enhance color and transparency.
  • Type C undergoes both chemical treatment and dyeing, resulting in more vibrant tones.

Our jadeite is carefully sourced from two of the world’s most renowned regions: Myanmar (Burma) and Guatemala.
