CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW

1. The TOMEI Be Bold Get Gold Shop & Win Campaign (“the Campaign”) is organised and sponsored by Tomei Signature Sdn Bhd (Company No. 480795-A) (“TOMEI”). The Campaign is governed by these terms and conditions, including any subsequent amendments thereto (“Terms & Conditions”).

2. All participants (“the Participants”) in the Campaign will be deemed to have accepted the Terms & Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY & ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

1. The Campaign is open to all Participants who are:
a. Jewel Club members – it’s free to sign up!
b. Malaysia citizens or permanent residents of Malaysia;
c. Eighteen (18) years of age or above;

2. Permanent, contract and temporary employees of TOMEI Group and its subsidiaries, including their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters) are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

CAMPAIGN PERIOD

1. The Campaign Period is from 10 February 2023 until 30 November 2023, inclusive of both dates (“the Campaign Period”). The Campaign period may be changed by TOMEI at its discretion.

2. All entries received before or after the Campaign Period shall automatically be disqualified.

CAMPAIGN MECHANICS

1. Eligible participants will earn one (1) entry ticket automatically for every RM 1,000 spent in a single transaction.

2. The entry ticket can be earned from transactions made at any outlets, events, fairs and exhibitions under the brand names of TOMEI and Signature by TOMEI. Transactions made via etomei.com and other digital platforms are excluded from this Campaign.

3. Eligible transactions are entitled to participate in the Grand Lucky Draw and the Monthly Lucky Draw of respective months.

4. Ten (10) Monthly Lucky Draw will be conducted every month during the Contest Period.

5. The Grand Lucky Draw will run concurrently for the same Contest Period.

6. There is no limitation for the number of entries per Participant. The more you spend the more entry tickets you earn.

PRIZES

1. The Prizes (“the Prizes”) for the Campaign are as follows:

• Grand Lucky Draw
  Grand Prize: 1 kilo 999.9 Fine Gold Bar x 1 pc
  Consolation Prizes: 1 kilo 999.0 Fine Silver Bar x 10 pcs
• Monthly Lucky Draw
  Jewellery x 1 set each month
  Cash Voucher worth RM 200 x 100 pcs each month
  Cash Voucher worth RM 100 x 300 pcs each month

2. Terms and Conditions of Cash Vouchers are as follows:
This Cash Voucher is valid for use within sixty (60) days from the date of issuance at any TOMEI or Signature by TOMEI outlets, events, fairs and exhibitions.
This Cash Voucher is valid for single-item purchase only.
This Cash Voucher cannot be accumulated or used in conjunction with other vouchers.

3. All Prizes, including Cash Vouchers, are given on an “As Is” basis and are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit, other items or voucher, in part or in full.

WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT

1. All winners (“the Winners”) will be drawn randomly using an electronic raffle system.

2. The Monthly Lucky Draw Winners will be announced on Facebook in the second week of the following month each month.

3. The Monthly Lucky Draw Winners will be contacted via phone call and email to arrange prize collection at their preferred TOMEI or Signature by TOMEI outlets.

4. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winners for fourteen (14) days from the announcement date. In the event if any Winner fails to respond to our notification attempts within this period or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements or is otherwise unable to comply with the Campaign’s terms and conditions, TOMEI reserves the right to disqualify the Winner and offer the prize to the next eligible Winner.5

5. The Grand Prize Winner will be drawn and announced in front of live audiences during the TOMEI Year-End Sale event at TOMEI Headquarters in December 2023.

6. The Grand Prize Winner will be contacted on-the-spot via video call. If the winner fails to respond after three (3) call attempts, TOMEI reserves the right to disqualify the Winner and offer the Grand Prize to the next eligible Winner.

7. All Prizes must be collected by the Winners in person within 14 days at their preferred TOMEI or Signature by TOMEI. No representative is allowed.

8. In the event, for any reason whatsoever, any of the Winners is unable to collect the prizes within the stipulated time period, TOMEI shall not reimburse or compensate the Winner.

9. TOMEI shall not be obliged to give extension notice of the prize collection period. All unclaimed prizes after the collection period will be forfeited. Appeal and dispute thereafter will not be entertained.

DISCLAIMER AND INDEMNITY

1. The Participants understand and agree that their participation in the Campaign is at their own risk and TOMEI is not liable to any person whether in tort, contract, statute or otherwise for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or costs in connection with their participation in the Campaign.

2. By participating in the Campaign, the Participants consent to their personal data being used by TOMEI for all purposes related to the Campaign.

3. The Participants acknowledge and agree that to the fullest extent permitted by law, TOMEI makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the Prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any claims for damages, losses, costs and/or expenses arising from participation in the Campaign.

4. TOMEI reserves the absolute right to amend the Terms and Conditions or the mechanics of the Campaign at its sole discretion without prior notice.
